About the Tour Directors
This tour was devised and initiated by two chocolate lovers, friends for over 30 years:
Adina Mishkoff, a former New Yorker, living in Jerusalem for over 22 years, is the owner-operator of Jerusalem's well-known Taste of Talbieh Catering Company. She is contributing her professional expertise, love of good food and of course boundless interest in chocolate.

Enid Moskowitz, a retired special education teacher, lives on New York's West Side. Since her retirement she has traveled extensively around the world and visited many exciting and out-of-the-way places, gaining experience and first-hand knowledge in what should be part of any well-planned and perfectly-executed tour.
